A hefty batch of 50 not-seen-in-decades Johnny Carson–hosted episodes of The Tonight Show is headed to streaming next month. For those wondering why the episodes have been missing from the catalogue for so long, let’s just say… technology has finally allowed us to patch up that rip in his pants.

A big deal since, given the the surnames “Newsom” for Gavin and “News” for Fox, the two must be related.
Researchers from the Universität Hamburg, in Germany, published their findings on how sleep impacts the odds of reaching that precious "aha!" moment. The researchers will even provide a fresh version of their findings minus the many pages that have been smudged by sleep drool.
