Australia just voted into law a social media ban for children under the age of 16. One major upside is that Australian adults now have the power to define all trends. Sooner or later, the fox trot go viral on TikTok dance trend.
Following decades of failed attempts and dashed dreams, the US Army is once again trying out powered exoskeletons to help soldiers haul munitions and equipment in the field. The initiative comes with the latest massive upgrade in U.S. military exoskeleton technology: holes for pooping and peeing.
Vito the pug is the first of his breed to win National Dog Show's top prize. In a victory speech translated by his owner, Vito stated, “I gave them a paw trick they couldn’t refuse, if you catch my drift…”
Starbucks is offering a brew with a view into North Korea’s reclusive life from its new cafe located in an observatory tower in South Korea’s Gimpo city. The view is said to be in such stark contrast that it’ll leave customers wondering if they could spend $7 a day on something more important.
Finally…
A handful of Massachusetts lawmakers are hoping to persuade their colleagues to support a proposal that would make the state the first to adopt a ban meant to eliminate the use of tobacco products over time. Insiders suggest big tobacco is open to the idea, so long as “over time” amounts to one million years.
