HBO chief Casey Bloys apologized to TV critics after a report that he’d enlisted a staffer to troll them on Twitter. Most critics responded to his apology with a unanimous:
While others gave it two thumbs “up yours.”
A poll shows most US adults think AI will add to election misinformation in 2024. The same poll also shows that most U.S. adults will take that back if the all knowing A.I. TikTok voice tells them to.
A new study says that the lost planet, Theia, is hidden inside of the Earth. They were convinced after overhearing Earth plead the moon, “Baby, please. This isn’t how it looks. Theia is just a friend!”
A Utah man says a Grubhub delivery driver mistakenly gave him urine instead of milkshake. If you thought the man who ordered it was surprised, imagine being that poor driver, who probably stopped at a red light for a sip of his favorite organic drink, only to discover it was some disgusting melted ice cream.
Finally…
F.B.I. agents raided the home of New York Mayor Eric Adams’s chief fund-raiser as part of an investigation into whether his campaign had received illegal donations from Turkey. Adams was shocked, but mostly proud of them for using some of the methods he explained in this old video:
