Hey! It’s Monday in America, and you can listen to the latest episode of my You Are The Genre podcast NOW featuring screenwriter Jordan VanDina.
→ about growing up in Ronkonkoma Rhode Island, being inspired by Kevin Smith to pursue filmmaking, and writing his famous “weekend scripts” to carve a place for himself in Hollywood writing and directing films like The Binge:

Y’all hear about this?..
Drake and Kendrick Lamar are in the throes of an intense (and seemingly never-ending) rap battle. Taking note, Benjamin Netanyahu has opened RhymeZone.
Boeing is on the verge of launching people into space via capsule — and the first set of travelers became considerably nervous after noticing their spacesuits have “Whistleblower” stamped on them instead of their names.
Axios Sunday obtained audio of former president Trump speaking about a number of people vying for the 2024 VP position. The list starts off strong with names you’d expect, like Senator Mark Rubio and Governor Marsha Blackburn but then trails off into a string of fictional mascots like The Pillsbury Doughboy and The Burger King — suggesting that if the worst happens to Trump, we might actually be in good hands.
NASA Administrator Bill Nelson says the U.S. in an urgent race with China to find water on the moon. Later clarifying, “…and by the U.S., I mean Flint, Michigan.”
Finally…
The theme for today’s Met Gala is "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.” For the exact same experience, try going to Disneyland on acid.

If Netanyahu is going to be rapping, he would probably prefer to do it in Hebrew, so the English-language press won't have a clue about what he's droppin'.
