The AI boom is raising hopes of a nuclear comeback. And to understand why, click on this guy’s YouTube channel:
California avocado growers are fuming this week about a U.S. decision to hand over pest inspections of Mexican orchards to the Mexican government. Meanwhile, their protest slogan "Mexicans should be growers, not showers” has been deemed both racist and confusing.
Todd Phillips' 2019 Oscar-winning Joker did not release in China, but his sequel, Joker: Folie à Deux, has been confirmed for October 16 in the market — under the stipulation that it be retitled, Live Footage Of America.
The Justice Department has sued Visa, accusing the company of illegally monopolizing the debit card market and therefore driving up prices for businesses and consumers. Visa is currently on hold with the DOJ’s hotline hoping for the option of bribing them in monthly installments.
Finally…
Macklemore has been dropped from the inaugural Neon City Festival in Las Vegas, days after an anti-America remark he made during a pro-Palestine festival. He is now proudly scheduled to perform in a city that is dimly lit.
