• The New York Times is demanding that generative-AI startup Perplexity stop accessing and using its content. And they’ve done so by politely giving their execs six attempts at guessing a seven letter phrase that starts with “f” and ends with “u”.

• Giant pandas will arrive at D.C.'s National Zoo this week. Or, as Donald Trump calls them — “Lazy radical foreign celibates, stealing bamboo from fine Americans. By the way… are they Black or are the white? Must be nice to pick and choose.”

• Kamala Harris has agreed to an interview tomorrow with Fox News. And in a strategic effort to sway voters and show reverence to the stations local customs, she’s dying her hair blonde for the occasion.

Finally…

• NYC Mayor Eric Adams is facing backlash for wearing both Mets and Yankees logos on a baseball cap. Even his fellow cops agree that the move has crossed the thin blue line.
