Hollywood writers have reached a tentative deal with studios. The two sides are said to have found common ground on the matter of not wanting to explain the past four months to their families at the Thanksgiving table.
The government could shut down within a week. And, oddly, that’s a perfect campaign slogan for candidates across the aisle. For the right, it’s a promise, and for the left, it’s a warning.
New York Mayor Eric Adams rolled out a “robocop” designed to patrol train stations. You know, it’s amazing that this robot doesn’t care one bit about breaking stereotypes. Given all of the design options in the world — it’s just another white officer with ‘thin blue line’ paraphernalia, one token Black friend, and the general vibe a someone who will do small favors for doughnuts.
NASA has collected a sample from an asteroid for the first time. Depending on the results, the asteroid should either eat more fiber or cut down.
Finally…
Amazon Prime Video is adding commercials. But until they gather advertising partners, every commercial will be for Penis Rockets™.
